The home brief asks for your name, phone number, city, apartment type, services and optional project notes. Please do not include sensitive documents, financial details or identification numbers.
Why we use it
FlatInteriors.com uses the information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Submitting a brief is not a booking, payment or approval of a project quotation. By selecting Book free consultation, you ask us to contact you about the enquiry described in the form. This does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.
Where information goes
Website enquiries are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure and stored in a private enquiry database, with a restricted Google Sheets copy for our team’s follow-up. Site delivery and basic abuse protection may involve technical request information. Your project notes are not published on the website. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link; sending a message there is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can call +91 96823 97721 to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to ask that follow-up contact stops. Information may need to be retained where there is an applicable legal requirement or an ongoing project obligation.
Browser storage and analytics
We retain campaign parameters, ad-click identifiers, the landing and enquiry page paths, and the referring website domain with your enquiry to understand which advertising or organic content brings relevant requests. Campaign information is held in session storage while you browse. Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) loads on page visits to measure PageViews and support advertising; a saved advertising opt-out is respected. If you accept advertising cookies, we also load the Google Ads tag to measure successfully saved consultation requests and support relevant advertising to previous visitors. Meta may receive the visited page URL, browser/device information and advertising cookies. We do not send form contact details to Meta. If you decline, Meta receives a consent-revoke instruction and the Google tag does not load and your enquiry still saves normally. Google may process browser and device information, ad-click identifiers and cookies for attribution. The conversion event contains a random enquiry identifier; we do not send the name, phone number or project notes from your form in that event. Personalised advertising signals are enabled only with your advertising permission. Enhanced conversions, which share additional customer identifiers, remain disabled. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices at any time. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission clears accessible tracking cookies and may reload the page to stop tracking. If you accept website analytics, we measure arrivals from our registered organic content using its content identifier and a random session identifier stored in this browser. These first-party records contain the content identifier, session identifier and date, are processed in our Cloudflare database, and are retained for up to 90 days. They do not include your name, phone number, precise location or mouse movements. Aggregate reporting helps us understand which content brings visits. Declining analytics prevents this measurement; your enquiry still works and its campaign source can be saved with your request. Google Analytics and session recordings are not currently activated. We do not request precise GPS location. You can also manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Saved room, finish and service ideas are stored locally in this browser when you choose to save them; no account is required. You can remove saved ideas from your board. Sharing links contain only the chosen idea identifiers. Your home brief stays in the open page until you submit it or choose to send it through WhatsApp. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
