FlatInteriors is a design & build studio in Malad West, Mumbai. We collect the minimum we need to call you back about your interiors project — and we put that in writing, the same way we put our quotes in writing.

What we collect

• Name — so we know who to ask for when we call.
• Phone number — to call or WhatsApp you about your free site visit.
• Flat size (1 / 2 / 3+ BHK) — so the right person calls with the right numbers.
• WhatsApp preference — only if you tick the box yourself. It is never pre-ticked.

That's it. No email harvesting, no address until you book a site visit, no payment details on this website.

How we use it

To call you back within working hours (10 am – 7 pm, Mon–Sat), schedule your free site visit, and — if you opted in — send project updates on WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent or share your number with marketers. Ever.

Who processes it for us

When you submit a form, your details pass through these processors so they reach our team:

• SheetMonkey / Google Sheets — logs your enquiry so no lead is lost.
• Google Ads & Analytics — measurement of ad performance. We report that a lead happened; we configure these tools without selling your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve your project and our records, and we delete them on request.

Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what details of yours we hold;
• Correct them;
• Erase them and stop contacting you.

Cookies

This site uses Google's measurement scripts to understand which ads bring visitors. We don't run third-party ad networks, tracking pixels from social platforms, or data brokers.
